Summary: No maps in a walking guide? For Railway Buffs, not walkers?
Comment: I'm a walker, rather than a train enthusiast. I bought this as I thought it would offer straightforward, more-or-less level walking excercise as I recouperate from an illness. I think it is aimed more at those who want to appreciate the remnants of our railway history than at walkers. NO MAPS. Therefore no way of knowing, without a road map, where in the area the walks are and their relationship to each other. No way of getting an overall appreciation of individual walks. I have not found a single walk described in here that made me think "must do that the next time I am in the area".
