Summary: Wonderful photography!
Comment: As I live in one of the villages in the book, I was looking forward to reading a bit about the villages and their histories. However, I found the information was all too brief and lacked detail. The photographs were beautiful and a joy to look at. However, I think the book should be re-titled "Photographs of the most beautiful villages of Scotland"! The photographs should be awarded 5 stars, but the presentation and lack of the printed word merited only 3, in my opinion.
