The book was exciting and the suggested activities of personal interest. Then we arrived in Cornwall and tried to use it. The references are badly out of date (e.g. the reference for Merlin Glass, when we found them, was perhaps ten years out of date....), directions were careless and often significantly inaccurate, a vital element in an area where roads are often poorly marked, two way but one lane, and go on for miles. We were highly disappointed, and left the book in Cornwall.
